This Indenture made the Eleventh day of July in the second year in the Reigne of our Soveraigne Lord George the second by the Grace of God of Great Brittaine ffrance and Ireland King Defender of

the ffaith & Annoqz Don 1728 Between Anne Lambert of Ramsey in the County of Huntingdon widdow & Relict of William Lambert late of Ramsey aforesd Labourer her husband Decd of the one part

and John Staffurth of Ramsey in the County of Huntingdon Yeoman of the other part Witnesseth That for & in consideration of the sum of one and twenty pounds of lawfull money

of Great Brittaine to her the sd Anne Lambert inhand well and truely paid by the sd John Staffurth & before the Sealing & Delivery of these psents the Receipt whereof she the sd Anne Lambert doth hereby

acknowledge & thereof & every part & parcell doth acquitt exonerate & Discharge him the sd John Staffurth his heires Execs & Adms & every of them for ever by these psents as also for other divers good and

valuable Causes & Considerations for her the sd Anne Lambert hereunto especially moveing she the sd Anne Hath Granted Bargained sold aliened Remised Released Quitt Claimed & confirmed

and by these psents doth ffreely clearly & absolutely Grant Bargaine Sell Aliene Remise Release Quitt Claime & Confirme unto the sd John Staffurth in his actual Possession now being by virtue of a Bargaine &

sale to him thereof made by the sd Anne Lambert for one whole year by Indenture bearing date the day next before the date of these psents & by force of the Statute for Transferring uses into Possession and to

his Heires All that my ffreehold Lott or parcell of ffenn or Marsh Ground Commonly Called Thissell Green or the Tonell Lott being estimation three acres & a halfe be the same (more or less) abutting on the Drove way

 north & Worlich road East the sd John Staffurth West & Worlich South wth all and singular the Apptences fforrmerly Thomas Barleys & late Thomas Lamberts Decd ffather of the sd William Lambert and wth he the sd

William Lambert in & by his Last Will & Testamt did Give and Bequeath the aforesd Lott wth the apptences unto the sd Anne Lambert his Beloved Wife & to her & her heires for Ever (Reference to the sd will may more

fully and at large appear and the Revcon & Revcons Remaindr & Remaindrs To Have And To Hold the sd freehold Lott or parcell of ffenn or marsh ground with all & singular the apptences hereby

Granted Bargained & Sold or Menconed or intended to be hereby Granted Bargained & Sold & every of them & every part & parcell thereof unto the sd John Staffurth his heires & Asss To the onley Use & Behoofe of

the sd John Staffurth his heires & asss for ever And the sd Anne Lambert for her selfe her heires Execs & Adms & for every of them doth Covent & Grant to & with the sd John Staffurth his heires & Asss in manner

& fforme following (that is to say that she the sd Lambert now at the time of Sealing & Delivery of these psents is Lawfully Seized of & in the sd Lott or parcell of ffenn or Marsh Ground wth all & singular

the apptences hereby Granted Bargained & Sold or menconed or Intended to be hereby Granted Bargained & Sold & of & in every part & parcell thereof in ffee simple to her proper use without any condicon or Limitacon

or Clause of Revocacon or any other matter or thing to Change Charge Defeate or make void the same state And that she the sd Anne Lambert now at the time of the sealing of these psents hath

in her selfe full power Good Right true Title Lawfull & absolute Authority to Grant Bargaine & sell the sd Lott or ffenn or marsh ground wth all & sgular the apptences hereby granted Bargained or sold or menconed or intended

to be hereby Granted Bargained & sold & every part & parcell thereof unto the sd John Staffurth his heires & asss for ever in manner & forme aforesd And Further That the sd Lott or parcell or ffenn or marsh ground

wth all & singular the apptences hereby Granted Bargained & sold or menconed or intended to be hereby Granted Bargained & sold & every part & parcell thereof now at the time of the Sealing & Delivery of these psents

are & so forever hereafter shall remaine Continue & be unto him the sd John Staffurth his heires & asss ffree & Clear & ffreely & Clearly acquitted & exonerated & for ever discharged & by her the sd Anne Lambert her

Heires & Asss otherwise well & sufficiently saved & kept Harmless & Indempnified of & from all & all manner of former & other Bargaines Sales Gifts Grants Joyntures Dowers Thirds Titles of Dower Statutes Merchants

& of the Staple Recognizances Judgemts Extents Exemcons Comdemnacons Issues ffofeitures Entayles uses Leases Wills Rents Arrears of Rent & of & from all other Charges troubles & Incumbrances whatsoever had

made Comitted Omitted Exemted Suffered or done by her the sd Anne Lambert or by any other person or persons whsoever Claimeing by from her or under her And Also that she the sd Anne Lambert her Heires &

asss & all & every other person & persons & their Heires having or claimeing or wth can or may hereafter Claim any manner of Estate Right Title Jutetes Claim Benefitt or demand by from or under her the

Anne Lambert of into or out of the sd Lott or parcell of ffen or marsh ground wth all & singular the apptences hereby Granted Bargained & Sold or menconed or intended to be Granted Bargained & Sold & every part

& parcell thereof shall & will from time to time & at all time hereafter at the reasonable request & at the proper Cost & Charges in the Law of the sd John Staffurth his Heires or Ass make doe Acknowledge Levey

Suffer & Exemte or cause & procure to be had made done Acknowledged Levyed Suffered & Exemted unto the sd John Staffurth his Heires & Ass & every Such further other Lawfull & reasonable Act & Acts Thing & Things deed

Devices Grants Releases & all other Conveyances & Assurances in Law whsoever for the further better more perfect & absolute Conveying & Assureing the sd Lott or parcell of ffenn or Marsh Ground wth all the

Apptences hereby Granted Bargained & Sold or menconed or intended to be Bargained Granted & Sold & every part & parcell thereof unto the sd John Staffurth his Heires & ass as by his Councell Learned in the

Law shall be Reasonably Devised Advised or Required In Witness whereof the parties to these psents Interchangeably have Sett their hands & Seales the day & Yeare first above written
