In the Name of God Amen the sixteenthe day of december Anno Dom 1668 And in the twentieth yare of the
Raigne of our Soveraigne Lord Charles the second by the grace of God King of England Scotland France and Ireland defender of the faith
I Avis Terry now the wife of Steven Terry of Warfeild in the County of Berks Clerke by the Assent and with the Consent of the said Steven
Terry my said husband, revoking all former wills And being pfecte health and memory thanks be given to God therefore, doe make and ordeine this my
laste will and Testament in manner and forme following, First and principally I commend my soule into the hands of Jesus Christ my onely saviour and
Redeemer and my body to the earth where of it was made, to be decently buried at the discretion of my executrix, in case I survive my said Husband and those
goods and Chattels and alsoe those messuages lands and tenements wherewith God hathe blessed me, I dispose of in manner and forme following, First
I give and devise unto my sonne Richard Terry, after the decease of Steven Terry my said Husband my messuage or tenement with the houses lands
and Hereditaments thereunto belonging with thappuertenances situate Lyeing and being in the pishe of winckfeild in the County of Berks at or
neare winckfeild streete and now in the tenure or occupacon of Humphery Gaston or of his Assignes To have and to holde the said messuage or
tenement houses lands and hereditaments with thappurtenances unto the aid Richard Terry my sonne, if the said Richard Terry my sonne shall Live
to come to his age of one and twentie yeares to the use of him the said Richard Terry my sonne his heires and Assignes for ever, uppon truste and
Confidente that the said Richard Terry my sonne shall pay unto Elizabeth Horsnaill my daughter the now wife of Christopher Horsnaill of
warfeild in the County of Berks yeoman the some of one hundred poundes of goode and lawfull money of England within six months next after the
said Richard Terry shall come to his age of one and twentie yeares as aforesaid, Butt if the said Richard Terry my sonne shall happen to dye before
he come to his age of one and twentie yeares, I then give and devise the said messuage and tenement and lands thereunto belonging as followeth Item I
give and devise the moietie and one halfe of the messuage or tenement houses lands and Hereditaments with thappurtenances unto my daughter
Elizabeth Horsnaill the wife of Christopher Horsnaill of warfeild aforesaid, and the other moietie and halfe of the said messuage or tenement houses lands
and hereditaments with thappurtenances I give and devise unto my two other daughters Avis Terry and Hester Terry to be equally devided betweene them
To have and to holde the said messuage or tenement houses lands and hereditaments with thappurtenances to my said three daughters Elizabeth
Horsnaill Avis Terry and Hester Terry to the use if them and their heires and Assignes for ever Item I give and bequeath to my daughter Avis Terry
the beste paire of my flaxen sheetes one paire of tac sheetes two dozen of flaxen nappkins one large flaxen tablecloth and two shorte flaxen tablecloths two
paire of Pillowcases one featherbedd tick and boulster belonging to it and two feather Pillowes Item I give and devise to my daughter Hester Terry
my Close of meadow or pasture ground with thappurtenances lying and being in winckfeild aforesaid at or near the farther end of Winckfeild Lane and
now in the tenure or occupacon of William Spratto or of his Assignes, To have and to hold the said Close of meadow or pasture ground with thappurtenances
after the decease of Steven Terry my said husband to my said daughter Hester Terry to the use of the said Hester Terry her heires and Assignes for
ever All the residue and reste of my goodes cattell Chattles and Houshold stufe not otherwise herein before by me given or bequeathed I wholly give
In witnes whereof I doe hereunto sett my hande and seale dated the day and yeare firste above written.

I Steven Terrey doe hereunto give my consent and doe allsoe Ratifie and confirme that this laste will and Testament of my wife Avis Terry in witnes whereof I die hereunto sett my hand and seale the day and yeare above written Nathaniell Hathorne the mark of John V dorman |
