In the name of God Amen I George Hill of
Netherton in ye p[ar]ish of Dimock & County of Glouc yeoman
Being weak in Body but of Sound Mind & Memory praised
be God for it, Do make & Ordain this my Last Will and
Testament in Manner & Form Following First I Give
my Soule into ye hands of Almighty hoping ye alone
Merits of my Saviour Jesus Christ to have my Sins all
pardoned & Forgiven And my Body to ye Earth to be
Decently Buried at ye Discretion of my Executrix here-
after named: As to ye Wordly Estate it hath pleased God
to Bestown upon me I dispose thereof as Followeth: Imp:
I will that my Debts & Funerall Expences shall be paid
& Discharged: Item I give and Devise to all my Sons
and Daughters and Grandsons and Grand Daughters
half a Crown a piece; to be paid within ye space of
a year after my Decease: Item I Give & Devise
to my Grandson George Hill all the Tack whatsoever
Belonging to my home: As to ye Rest of my Goods
Cattel & Chattels I Give and Devise the Same to my Dear
& Loving Wife whom I nominate & appoint Executrix
of this my Last Will & Testament In Witness
whereof I have hereunto Sett my hand & seale as
unto my Last Will & Testament Revoking all Other
Wills & Testaments by me Formerly made This twenty
Sixth Day of July in ye year of the Sovereign Lord
