In the Name of God Amen I Henry Wyld of Bredbury in the County of Chester Bricklayer
Aged fifty eight years or thereabouts, being in perfect health and of sound memory and understanding praise bee
therefore given to Almighty God for the same, And knowing the uncertain Estate of this Transitory life and that all flesh is but
dust And that in the midst of life wee are in death Doe therefore make and ordaine this my present Last Will and Testament in
manner and Forme following (That is to say) First and principally I comend my Soul into the hands of Almighty God who gave
it And of his blessed son my saviour Jesus Christ hopeing in and by his meritorious death and passion to have full and free pardon &
Forgiveness of all my sinns and to Inheritt Everlasting life and bee made partaker w[i]th his holy Ellect in his Heavenly Kingdoms And
my Body I Comitt to the Earth to bee decently Intered at the discretion of my Executor herein after named And as touching the
Dispossiion of all such Temporall Estate as it hath pleased Almighty God to bestow upon me I give and dispose thereof as followeth I
will that all my Debts Funerall Expences and the Charges of the probate of this my Last Will and Testament bee first paid and
Discharged out of my personall Estate And as for and Concerning all my messuages Burgages Dwelling houses Lands Tenements
hereditaments and premisses situate standing lying and being in Bredbury aforesaid and in the Towne of Stockport in the said County
and Elsewhere in the Kingdom of Great Britain which I shall bee possessed of at the time of my decease I doe hereby Give and
Devise the same unto my Three sonns (vizt) Thomas John and Henry Wyld to bee devided amongst them share and share alike
Onely my will and mind is and I doe hereby Charge all my said messuages Burgages Dwelling houses Lands Tenem[en]ts hereditam[en]ts
and premisses which I have herein before devised unto my said Three sonns with the payment of the Clear annual summ of
Four pounds of Lawfull money unto Grace Wyld my now wife and Doe will that the same bee paid unto her for the term of her
Naturall Life at Four quarterly payments in the year (vizt) on every Twenty Fifth day of March The Twenty Fourth
day of June, The Twenty nynth day of September and the Twenty Fifth day of December by equall portions The first of which said
quarterly payments to Comence and begin on such of the days as shall fall and next happen after my decease And I doe further will that
my said wife have hold and Enjoy the Litle House that I last Built in Bredbury aforesaid standing near unto the house where I now
Dwell with the Orchard Garden and other the appurtenances thereunto belonging For the terme of her naturall Life provided
shee keeps herself in her widowhood and unmarried But if shee shall happen to marry again after my decease Then my will
and mind is and I doe hereby onely Charge my said messuages Burgages Dwelling houses Lands Tenem[en]ts hereditam[en]ts & premisses
w[i]th the payment of Three pounds p[er] ann[um] unto my s[ai]d wife at the same days and times before menconed And that she quitt
and Leave the s[ai]d Litle House and Deliver upp the peacable and quiet position thereof And as for and Concerning my personall Estate of
what kind soever after payment of my Debts Funerall Expenses and the Charges of the probate of this my Last Will and Testament
I doe hereby give and bequeath the same to and amongst my said wife and Three sonns herein before menconed equally to bee
devided share and share alike And Lastly I doe hereby nominate and appoint my Brother in Law William Turner of
Bredbury aforesaid Turner Executor of this my Last will and Testament hopeing hee will have a regard to the performance thereof
as my Trust is reposed in him. And I doe hereby revoke Disannull and utterly make void all former wills & Testaments by me
heretofore made And in Testimony that this is my Last will and Testam[en]t I have hereunto put my hand and seal this Twenty Fourth
day of February Anno R[egnum] d[omi]ni Georgii nunc es[t] decimotertio Annoq[u]e D[o]m[ini] 1726
