In the name of God Amen I William
Lambert of Ramsey on the County of Huntingdon Yeom do make & ordain this my last Will & Testament in manner following
Imprimis I commend my Soul into the hands of Almighty God my Creator hepeing through the merrits of Jesus Christ
my redeemer to inherit Eternal Salvation & for what Wordly Goods God hath been please to bless me withall I dispose as follows
Item I give & bequeath the messuage or tenemt in Ramsey aforesd that I now dwell in with the Yard buildings Appurtenances
whatsoever to Jane Lambert my wife & to her Heirs & Assignes forever And all that piece of land lying in Ramsey aforesd called
much diske next the feild one Bill Lot late Gurneys to her her heirs & assignes for ever And all that Bill Lot late Gowlers which reversion I
bought to her & her heirs for ever Item I give all those two Sleggins Lots in Ramsey aforesd to my said wife & to her heirs &
assignes for ever Item I give all those my four acres in Ramsey feild to my said wife & to her heirs & assignes for ever Item
I give all those four Hallow Lots to Mary Beeby my daughter for her life & the lands to be let by son John Stafforth &
he to pay her the money quarterly Her Husband to have nothing to do or act in the pmisses & after her decease to the
heirs of her body lawfully begotten or to be begotten & for want of such issue to my Son John Staffurth his heirs and
assignes for ever. Also all that my commonable house in the great white I give to my said daughter Mary for & during
her naturall life & after her decease to the heirs of her body lawfully begotten or to be begotten & for want of such issue
to my Son John John Staffurth his heirs & assignes for ever Item I give unto my sd daughter Mary all that Broad
wells Holt Lot and two Miltshwood parts in Ramsey aforesd to my daughter Mary for & during her naturall life
& after her decease to the heirs of her body lawfully begotten or to be begotten & for waant of such issue to my son John
Staffurth his heirs & assignes for ever /not any of the prmisses to be ploughed Item I give all that my stock in fen
close in Lot in Little Sheggins & one Mitshwood part nest the fourty foot to my daughter Jane her heirs and assign?
Forever Item I give to the Child my daughter Jane is now with Child of fifty pounds to be put out to interest till it shall come
to age of Eighteen years & if it dyes before to be paid to my son John Stafforth I also give fifty pounds to be put to the use of my
Grandchild of Mary Beeby untill it shall attain the age of Eighteen years & if my sd grandchild shall dye before the sd age then I give the sd sum to my son John
Stafforth the money to be put out by my sd son John Stafforth whom I make and appoint guardian for my sd Grandchild Item all other my goods & chattles whatsoever
I give and bequeath unto my loving wife Jane Lambert she paying my debts legacies & funerall charges & do hereby appoint my sd wife Sole Execx of this my last Will &
Testament In Witness Whereof I have hereunto set my hand & Seal this sevnth day of January Annoqz Dom? ??? signed Sealed & Delivered publlished & declared
This to be the last Will & Testament of the Testator in the psence of Us who have hereunto set our hands & seals as witnesses in the psence of the sd Testator
